We can only currently ship to countries around the world that can be shipped with a Royal Mail International Tracked Service and don't have any restrictions or prohibitions for leather or packaging directives.

Due to the new GPSR coming into effect from 13th December 2024, we are no longer able to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland. From Dec 13th 2024, businesses selling consumer goods into these countries need to appoint an agent who resides in the EU (known as the ‘EU Responsible Person’) These agents typically come with high annual fees, and as a small business it’s not something that we can financially justify. 

Non compliance with these new regulations means a potential prison sentence of up to 12 months or a £20,000 fine.

We are responsible for completing the required Customs documentation and all international parcels will be covered up to £250 in compensation. If you order value is MORE than £250, we cannot guarantee that your entire order can be replaced if there are any issues during the shipping process.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address as per the requirements of your country. We cannot be held responsible for issues with delivery because of address mistakes.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duty or country VAT associated with product imports, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these.

DD Practical Leathercraft is not VAT registered so the prices you see throughout the website do not include 20% sales tax. Please be aware that you are likely to be charged import taxes by your own country, at your local rate. The amount you will be charged will reflect the declared value of your order at customs.
