20% of the leather products we make here at DD Practical are completely bespoke designs made to the requirements of each individual customer. I decided very early on in the business that I wanted to provide the option for customers to choose exactly what it is they wanted from their leather products; whilst ensuring they were both practical and beautiful.

I also usually have a repair or two on the go! It's always better to repair good quality products then throw them away. Not all repairs are simple and I would need to see the product in question before confirming if I can repair it and before giving any quotes.

I will not do repairs on any items that are not made of Leather.
