Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to cancel and request a refund. You then have another 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons.
- We cannot accept returns on Personalised and Custom orders unless they are faulty.
- We cannot accept returns from anyone other than the person who purchased them.
- We cannot accept returns on items you have damaged by trying to repair them yourself.
- We cannot accept returns on E-Gifts cards.

To start a return, you can contact us by email.
If your return is accepted, you will need to send your item(s) back to us using a tracked and insured shipping service and provide us with the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives to us. Any Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All returns must be sent to our UK address and you are responsible for the cost of the return.
