The Repair Clinic
Give your favourite leather pieces a second life.
It's always better to repair quality products then bin them
Whether it’s a tired strap, popped stitching, a broken zip, or leather that’s looking dry and dull — I can repair mostl eather goods (within reason). Every item is different, so repairs are quote-only and I’ll always review your item first before confirming what’s possible.
Pricing and Turnaround
All repairs are quote-only. As a guide, repair costs start at £25/hour.
Turnaround times vary depending on:
- The type/complexity of the repair
- Current order workload
- Festival/event schedule
- Whether parts/materials need ordering
If you have a deadline, mention it in your message and I’ll tell you what’s realistic.

How it works
Online Customers
Because every repair is unique, the first step is a quick photo review.
- Email photos of your item (and tell me what’s wrong + what you’d like fixed)
- I’ll review and confirm whether I can repair it
- If it’s a yes, I’ll send you a quote and next steps
- You post the item to me (UK only)
- I repair it and post it back to you
Repair Clinics at festivals
You’ll also find The Repair Clinic at selected festivals.
Depending on the repair (and the equipment I have with me), I can offer:
- While-you-wait mini repairs
- Drop off + collect later for small repairs
- If I can’t complete it on-site, you can leave it with me and I’ll repair it in the workshop and post it back to you once completed
If you’re coming to a festival and want to check in advance, email me with photos — I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Leather care matters
And I can help with that too
Repairs are only half the story — good care keeps leather looking better for longer.
I also have my own Luxury Leather Care Kit, designed to keep full-grain leather soft, supple, and protected.
The right order (it matters)
To properly care for leather, use the products in order:
- Clean
- Condition
- Protect
There’s no point protecting leather that’s already dirty and dry — it needs cleaning and conditioning first.
What’s in the Luxury Leather Care Kit
A complete 3-step system for keeping your treasured pieces looking beautiful for years to come:
- 2-in-1 Conditioning Cleaner: gently cleanses while nourishing, helping keep leather soft and supple
- Luxury Leather Conditioner: a creamy liquid formula that feeds and protects most leather types (not suitable for suede or nubuck), helping prevent premature ageing and colour fading
- Leather & Fabric Protector: a water-based spray that creates an invisible, flexible shield against spills and stains without changing how your items look or feel
No nasties: pH neutral, silicone-free, and made without harsh chemicals or colourants.
